What it does

This is the exception handler for panel scheduling. On a nightly schedule it re-checks every unscheduled panel request against the interviewers' Google Calendars. If no slot satisfies the fairness rule within the candidate's window, it escalates with a clear breakdown of which interviewers block which days, so a human can swap a panelist or widen the window.

When to use it

Use alongside an auto-booker to catch the requests that quietly fail. Helps when busy senior interviewers make panels impossible to schedule and candidates go cold waiting.
