What it does
This workflow is an on-demand burst for ad-hoc prospecting. An operator submits a single keyword through a webhook (or form), and the flow runs it through Brave Search, dedupes against the Notion board, has an agent write a short profile for each new company, and creates a research card per company in a Notion database.
When to use it
Use it when a rep hears a new term in a discovery call or spots a trend and wants to explore that niche right now, rather than waiting for the scheduled watchlist run. It's the manual, exploratory companion to the automated discovery pipelines.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives the submitted keyword.
- 2Brave Search returns companies for that single term.
- 3A logic step extracts domains and filters out any already on the Notion board.
- 4An agent writes a two-line profile and a suggested angle for each new company.
- 5A research card is created per company in the Notion database with profile, angle, and source URL.
- 6The webhook responds with a count and a link to the board section.
