LEAD GENERATION
Exhibitor-URL Intake Form to Deduped Target Pipeline
A webhook intake form lets anyone submit a conference exhibitor-list URL; the flow scrapes it, dedupes against the CRM, and creates net-new accounts plus a follow-up task list.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook receives exhibitor-directory URLHTTP webhook
- ActionScrape exhibitor directoryApify
- ActionCheck companies against CRMSalesforce
- LogicFilter to net-new companies
- ActionCreate account records for net-newSalesforce
- OutputCreate follow-up task per new accountAsana
What it does
This exposes a webhook so any team member can drop a conference exhibitor-directory URL into a form. The flow scrapes the exhibitors, removes ones already tracked in your CRM, creates account records for the rest, and spins up a follow-up task per net-new exhibitor.
When to use it
Use it when multiple people scout different events and you want a single self-serve path to turn any exhibitor directory into clean, deduped pipeline without engineering involvement each time.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives the submitted exhibitor-directory URL.
- 2Apify scrapes exhibitor company names, booths, and site links.
- 3Each company is checked against existing CRM accounts.
- 4A filter keeps only companies not already in the CRM.
- 5Net-new exhibitors are created as account records in the CRM.
- 6A follow-up task is created per new account in the team's project tool.
