LEAD GENERATION
Route scored webinar leads to the right SDR by account tier and territory
After a webinar, combines each attendee's engagement score with their HubSpot account tier and territory.

What it does
Makes routing smart, not just scored. It takes each attendee's webinar engagement score, enriches it with the account's tier and territory from HubSpot, and applies routing rules so a high-intent enterprise lead goes to the named-account SDR while an SMB lead drops into the round-robin queue.
When to use it
Use it when your SDR team is segmented by account tier or territory and a flat hot-lead list creates routing chaos. It ensures the right rep gets the right lead with full context.
How it works
- 1Zoom fires a webinar.ended event.
- 2The flow computes each attendee's engagement score from attendance and Q&A activity.
- 3It enriches each contact with account tier and territory from HubSpot.
- 4A logic step applies routing rules: enterprise to AE-paired SDRs, mid-market and SMB to round-robin.
- 5A ClickUp task is created in the assigned rep's list with the score, tier, and webinar context.
- 6The routing summary is posted to the sales-ops Slack channel.
