What it does

Instead of scoring one event in isolation, this looks at a full week of webinars together. It sums each person's engagement across every session they joined, surfaces repeat attendees who signal real intent, and promotes them into a HubSpot active list for nurture.

When to use it

Use it when you run several webinars a week and intent shows up as a pattern, not a single watch. Someone who attended three sessions is a far stronger lead than three different people who each attended once, and this rewards that behavior.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the run.
  2. 2An action lists all webinars that ended in the past 7 days and fetches each attendance report from Zoom.
  3. 3A logic step groups records by attendee email and sums watch time, sessions attended, and poll participation into a cumulative score.
  4. 4A filter keeps attendees who joined multiple sessions or cleared the cumulative threshold.
  5. 5An action adds each qualifier to a HubSpot active list and writes their cumulative score.
  6. 6The output posts a ranked weekly leaderboard to a Slack channel.
