What it does

Turns raw Zoom webinar poll answers into a ranked, tiered follow-up list. Every attendee gets a numeric intent score derived from their answers (budget, timeline, role, current-solution questions), bucketed into Hot, Warm, or Cold, and dropped into an Airtable queue ready for outreach.

When to use it

Run this after every demand-gen webinar where you ask qualifying poll questions. It replaces the manual spreadsheet triage of "who actually raised their hand" so reps spend time on the people most likely to buy.

How it works

  1. 1A completed Zoom webinar fires the trigger with its webinar ID.
  2. 2The flow fetches the attendee list and each attendee's poll responses from Zoom.
  3. 3A scoring step maps answers to points (e.g. "buying in 30 days" = +40, "just researching" = +5) and sums an intent score per person.
  4. 4A branch assigns a tier: Hot (>=70), Warm (40-69), or Cold (<40).
  5. 5Each scored attendee is upserted into an Airtable "Outreach Queue" table with tier, score, and answer summary, sorted so reps work the hottest leads first.
