LEAD GENERATION
Event Follow-Up Orchestrator Agent
An agent that, after each event, reviews scanned leads, decides per-lead the right channel and message, dedupes against HubSpot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerChairman starts the agent post-event
- ActionPull and enrich scanned leadsPerplexity
- LogicReason per-lead channel, priority, dedupe
- ActionSend personalized outreach via GmailGmail
- ActionUpdate HubSpot and flag AE handoffHubSpot
- OutputPost decision log to SlackSlack
What it does
Acts as a follow-up strategist rather than a fixed pipeline. The agent reviews the full scanned-lead list, reasons about each lead's fit and intent signals, and decides who gets a personal email, who gets routed to an AE, and who goes into a nurture track — then executes those decisions across HubSpot and Gmail with notes back to the team.
When to use it
Use it when your post-event leads vary widely in quality and a one-size cadence wastes effort. Best for teams that want judgment applied at scale: enterprise prospects handled differently from tire-kickers, all without an ops person triaging the list by hand.
How it works
- 1The Chairman kicks off the agent after the event, pointing it at the lead source.
- 2The agent pulls scanned leads and enriches the ambiguous ones via web search.
- 3It dedupes each against HubSpot and reasons about channel and priority per lead.
- 4For high-intent leads it drafts and sends a personalized Gmail message.
- 5For account-worthy leads it updates HubSpot and flags an AE for handoff.
- 6It posts a per-lead decision log and next steps to Slack for review.
