LEAD GENERATION
Enrich event scans, score against pipeline fit, and send reps a prioritized follow-up digest
Enriches each scanned attendee with company data, cross-references your HubSpot pipeline to flag existing relationships, scores follow-up priority.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDeduped scan list posted to webhookHTTP webhook
- ActionEnrich attendee companies via web researchExa
- ActionDetect existing deals and owners in HubSpotHubSpot
- LogicScore fit and group by owning rep
- OutputSend each rep a ranked Slack follow-up digestSlack
What it does
Booth scans are unranked, so reps email the easiest contacts instead of the best ones. This agent-driven workflow enriches each attendee, checks whether they touch an existing deal, scores them on fit and stage, and gives every rep a single prioritized list of their follow-ups instead of a raw dump.
When to use it
Run it after a major event where the scan volume is too high to triage by hand and you want reps spending the first 48 hours on the highest-value attendees. Best when follow-up speed and prioritization drive conversion.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives the de-duplicated scan list.
- 2The agent enriches each attendee's company via web research (size, industry, recent signals).
- 3It queries HubSpot to detect existing deals, owners, and prior touchpoints.
- 4It scores each attendee on pipeline fit, deal proximity, and seniority, then groups by owning rep.
- 5Each rep receives a Slack digest ranking their attendees with the reason each scored high.
