LEAD GENERATION
Route high-priority hiring signals to the right AE in Slack
Receives job-posting events via webhook, matches each posting to an owning account and AE, and posts a real-time.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook receives a job-posting eventHTTP webhook
- LogicScore priority; drop low-value postings
- ActionLook up owning account and AE in SalesforceSalesforce
- LogicBranch: known account vs triage
- OutputPost routed alert to the right Slack channelSlack
What it does
Turns incoming job-posting events into instant, routed Slack alerts. When a tracked account posts a role that crosses your priority threshold, the owning rep gets pinged in the moment with everything needed to act, instead of finding out days later in a report.
When to use it
Use this when timing matters and you want reps to react to hiring signals while they are still hot, with alerts routed to the correct person rather than dumped in a firehose channel.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives a job-posting event from your scraper or job-board feed.
- 2A logic step scores priority from role title, department, and seniority, and stops low-value postings.
- 3The flow looks up the company in Salesforce to find the owning account and AE.
- 4A branch decides the destination: owned accounts route to the AE's team channel, unknown companies route to an SDR triage channel.
- 5Slack posts a formatted alert with the role, the why-now reason, and a deep link to the Salesforce account.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
