LEAD GENERATION
Recover No-Show Registrants with a Tiered Follow-Up
Compares a webinar's registrant list against actual attendees, enriches the no-shows, and routes them into a tiered recovery sequence: high-fit no-shows get a personal Gmail draft.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebinar-ended event with registrant and attendee reports
- ActionScrape both lists and compute no-show setApify
- ActionEnrich no-shows with firmographicsExa
- LogicScore fit and branch high-fit vs. standard
- ActionDraft personal recording email for high-fit no-showsGmail
- OutputQueue standard no-shows into HubSpot recovery sequenceHubSpot
What it does
Recaptures the people who registered but never showed up, which is often the largest chunk of a webinar list. It finds the no-shows, enriches them, scores fit, and splits them: high-fit no-shows get a personal recording email drafted in Gmail, while everyone else is queued in HubSpot for a standard nurture.
When to use it
Use it after every webinar where registration outpaced attendance. No-shows still raised their hand by signing up, so a fast, fit-based follow-up recovers pipeline that would otherwise go cold. Best for teams running HubSpot who also want reps to personally chase the strongest no-shows.
How it works
- 1A webinar-ended event provides the registrant and attendee report URLs.
- 2Apify scrapes both lists and the flow computes the set of registrants who did not attend.
- 3Exa enriches each no-show with company and seniority data.
- 4A logic step scores fit and branches: high-fit versus standard.
- 5High-fit no-shows get a personalized recording-share email drafted in Gmail for rep review.
- 6Standard no-shows are upserted into a HubSpot list and enrolled in the recovery sequence.
