LEAD GENERATION
Callback SLA Breach Watchdog with PagerDuty Escalation
On a schedule, checks open demo-request leads for callbacks that have blown the 30-minute SLA, and escalates each breach by reassigning in HubSpot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule: poll open leads every few minutes
- ActionFetch open demo leads and callback status from HubSpotHubSpot
- LogicFlag leads past 30-min SLA with no logged callback
- ActionReassign breached lead to backup owner in HubSpotHubSpot
- ActionOpen PagerDuty incident for sales managerPagerDuty
- OutputLog SLA breach to Slack channelSlack
What it does
Guards the callback promise after a voicemail lead is created. It periodically scans open leads, finds any where no callback was logged within the SLA window, and escalates: reassigns the lead to a backup owner in HubSpot, opens a PagerDuty incident for the manager, and records the breach in Slack so it's visible and auditable.
When to use it
Pair this with any voicemail-to-lead flow when you have a hard speed-to-lead commitment. Use it to make sure a missed callback never goes unnoticed — the breach gets a person paged, not just a dashboard number.
How it works
- 1A schedule trigger runs the check every few minutes.
- 2HubSpot returns open demo leads with their created time and callback status.
- 3A logic step flags leads past the 30-minute SLA with no logged contact.
- 4HubSpot reassigns each breached lead to a backup owner.
- 5PagerDuty opens an incident for the sales manager.
- 6The breach is logged to the Slack channel with lead details.
