Monthly CMO Spend-to-Pipeline Narrative Brief
On the first of each month, an agent reconciles last month's UTM spend against pipeline, writes a plain-language executive brief explaining what worked and what to cut.

What it does
This workflow turns a month of reconciled spend-and-pipeline data into a written executive brief, not just a table. An agent pulls last month's spend and matched pipeline by UTM campaign, identifies the winners and money-losers, compares against the prior month, and drafts a narrative that explains the trends and recommends specific budget moves.
When to use it
Use it when leadership wants a monthly story — why ROAS moved, which channels to double down on, what to kill — rather than a raw dashboard they have to interpret themselves.
How it works
A first-of-month schedule kicks off the run. The agent queries the warehouse for last month's and the prior month's spend and matched pipeline by UTM campaign. It analyzes deltas, ranks campaigns by efficiency, and synthesizes a concise narrative brief with concrete recommendations using an LLM. The finished brief is emailed to the leadership distribution list with the data table attached as an appendix.
