Webinar Nurture Drip with Slack Approval Gate
Drafts a webinar-derived nurture drip with OpenAI, saves the source assets to Google Drive.

What it does
This workflow adds a human checkpoint to webinar atomization. After a webinar, OpenAI drafts a full nurture drip, the supporting assets are filed in Google Drive, and the proposed sequence is posted to a Slack channel for a marketer to approve or reject. Only on approval are the emails created in HubSpot, so nothing auto-ships without a human sign-off.
When to use it
Use it when brand or compliance requires a person to review AI-drafted copy before it reaches contacts. It keeps the speed of automation while preserving editorial control.
How it works
- 1Zoom reports the recording is complete.
- 2OpenAI fetches the transcript and drafts a sequenced nurture drip.
- 3The draft emails and source notes are saved to a Google Drive review folder.
- 4The flow posts the proposed sequence to Slack with approve and reject actions.
- 5A logic step waits on the Slack decision and halts if rejected.
- 6On approval, the emails are created as a HubSpot nurture sequence.
