Agent-Driven Account Playbooks from Webinar Engagement
After a Zoom webinar, an agent reviews each attended account's engagement and CRM history, then drafts a tailored follow-up playbook in Notion and logs the next step in HubSpot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endedZoom
- ActionFetch participants and group by companyZoom
- ActionPull account history from HubSpotHubSpot
- LogicAgent drafts account-specific follow-up playbook
- ActionWrite playbook to Notion pageNotion
- OutputLog next-step task on HubSpot accountHubSpot
What it does
Goes beyond scoring to reasoning. For each company that attended, an agent reads the webinar engagement data plus the account's existing HubSpot history and writes a specific follow-up playbook — what to say, which resource to send, and the recommended next action.
When to use it
Use it for ABM-style motions on a curated webinar where a handful of target accounts justify a thoughtful, written plan rather than a templated blast.
How it works
- 1The Zoom `webinar.ended` event triggers the workflow.
- 2Fetch the participant report and group attendees by company domain.
- 3For each target account, the agent pulls existing context from HubSpot (stage, owner, prior notes) and combines it with this webinar's engagement signals.
- 4The agent reasons over both sources and drafts an account-specific follow-up playbook.
- 5Write the playbook to a Notion page for the rep, and log a follow-up task with the recommended next step on the HubSpot account.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect HubSpotCRM, deals, marketing, support.
- 3Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
