Webinar Replay to 5-Email Nurture Drip
Turns a finished Zoom webinar recording into a sequenced 5-email nurture drip in HubSpot, each email built from a different segment of the talk.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch webinar transcriptZoom
- ActionSegment talk into 5 takeaways and draft emailsOpenAI
- LogicDrop segments below minimum word count
- OutputCreate sequenced nurture emails in HubSpotHubSpot
What it does
When a Zoom webinar recording finishes processing, this workflow pulls the transcript, asks OpenAI to mine it for five distinct teaching moments, and drafts a sequenced 5-email nurture series. Each email maps to one idea from the session, so registrants get a paced follow-up instead of a single recap blast. The drafts and a content calendar land in HubSpot ready for an editor to approve.
When to use it
Run this after every recorded webinar where you want attendees and no-shows nurtured over a week or two. It is ideal for demand-gen teams that record often but never find time to atomize the content into follow-up touches.
How it works
- 1Zoom fires the recording-completed event and the transcript becomes available.
- 2The flow fetches the full transcript text from Zoom.
- 3OpenAI segments the talk into five standalone takeaways and writes one email per takeaway, with send-offset metadata (day 0, 2, 4, 7, 10).
- 4A logic step drops any segment shorter than the minimum word threshold so thin emails never ship.
- 5Each draft is created as a HubSpot marketing email in the nurture sequence, ordered by its send offset.
