Send Segmented Webinar Follow-Up Emails by Engagement
Scores Zoom webinar attendees and sends each engagement segment a different follow-up email — recording demo, deeper resources, or a re-watch nudge — through Gmail.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endedZoom
- ActionFetch participant + registrant reportsZoom
- LogicScore and bucket: high / partial / no-show
- LogicBranch to matching email template per bucket
- OutputSend segmented follow-up via GmailGmail
What it does
Closes the loop after a webinar by sending the right follow-up to the right person. It scores each attendee, sorts them into segments, and dispatches a tailored email per segment instead of one generic blast.
When to use it
Use it when you want webinar follow-up to feel personal at scale: high-engagement attendees get a demo offer, partial attendees get the recording, and no-shows get a re-watch link.
How it works
- 1The Zoom `webinar.ended` event triggers the workflow.
- 2Fetch the participant and registrant reports from Zoom.
- 3A scoring step buckets each person into `high`, `partial`, or `no-show`.
- 4A branch selects the matching email template and personalization for each bucket.
- 5Send the segmented follow-up to each attendee via Gmail, merging in their name and the webinar title.
- 6The branch ensures no-shows and power users never receive the same message.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect GmailRead, draft, send, label.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
