LEAD GENERATION
Watch a Podcast Feed for New Episodes and Alert with Guest Leads
Polls a podcast's episode list on a schedule, detects newly published episodes, extracts the guest and their website, and posts a ready-to-pitch lead card to Slack.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionScrape episode list pageFirecrawl
- LogicDiff against last-seen to find new episodes

What it does
This workflow monitors one or more podcasts for fresh episodes and, the moment a new one drops, extracts the guest's name, company, and website and posts a concise lead card to a Slack channel so your team can pitch while the episode is still trending.
When to use it
Use it for high-priority shows where speed matters. Reaching out to a guest within days of their appearance lands far better than emailing months later, and this keeps your team first in line.
How it works
- 1A schedule polls each tracked show's episode page every few hours.
- 2Firecrawl scrapes the page and a logic step compares episode URLs against the last seen set to isolate only new episodes.
- 3If nothing is new, the run ends quietly.
- 4For each new episode, OpenAI extracts the guest name, company, and primary website from the show notes.
- 5Slack receives a formatted lead card with the guest, site, episode link, and a suggested outreach angle for the team to act on.
