LEAD GENERATION
Podcast Guest Research Agent to Attio and HubSpot
An agent researches a named prospect's podcast appearances across Brave Search, synthesizes a personalized outreach brief.

What it does
On demand, an agent does the deep research a rep would otherwise do by hand. Given a prospect, it searches Brave for their podcast appearances, reads the episode pages, and synthesizes a short brief: what they discussed, quotable moments, and a tailored outreach angle. The brief is saved to both Attio and HubSpot so it lives wherever the rep works.
When to use it
Use it right before a high-value outreach or a meeting, when generic personalization is not enough and you want a researched, specific hook grounded in what the prospect has actually said publicly.
How it works
- 1A rep submits a prospect via webhook (name, company, optional record ID).
- 2The agent searches Brave Search for that person's podcast appearances and gathers episode pages.
- 3It reasons over the content to extract themes, quotes, and a recommended angle.
- 4A logic step checks whether matching records exist in each CRM.
- 5It writes the synthesized brief to the Attio person and the HubSpot contact, creating the record if missing.
- 6It returns the brief inline so the rep sees it immediately.
