PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
VIP Sender Detection and Priority Escalation
Watches incoming email for messages from VIP contacts or with urgent intent, escalates them to a high-priority ClickUp task.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew incoming emailGmail
- ActionRate urgency and intent with OpenAIOpenAI
- LogicGate: VIP sender or high urgency only
- ActionCreate high-priority ClickUp taskClickUp
- OutputEscalate via Slack DMSlack
What it does
This workflow inspects every new email, cross-checks the sender against a VIP list and analyzes the body for urgency, and when either fires, creates a high-priority ClickUp task and sends an immediate direct ping. Routine mail is left untouched so only the signal escalates.
When to use it
Use it when certain senders (top customers, your boss, key partners) must never be missed, but you don't want every email interrupting you. It separates the few messages that warrant a real-time nudge from the rest of triage.
How it works
- 1A new-email trigger fires on arrival.
- 2An OpenAI step rates urgency and extracts intent and a suggested action.
- 3A logic gate passes the email only if the sender is on the VIP list or urgency is high.
- 4A high-priority ClickUp task is created with the suggested action and a same-day due date.
- 5A Slack DM escalates immediately with the sender, subject, and task link.
