What it does

This workflow runs two jobs on one schedule. First, it pushes any queued content out to your connected social platforms at the scheduled time. Second, it scans for fresh mentions of your brand, classifies each one (question, complaint, praise, spam), and uses OpenAI to draft a reply that matches your tone of voice. Every draft lands in a Slack channel with Approve / Edit / Skip buttons, so a human stays in the loop while the AI does the heavy lifting.

When to use it

Use it when your team is posting consistently across multiple channels but can't watch every platform for replies in real time. It's ideal for lean social or community teams who want fast, on-brand responses without hiring a 24/7 monitoring shift — and who want to avoid the embarrassment of an unanswered customer complaint or a missed praise moment going stale. Because it runs on Agent Hive's own engine, the schedule actually fires and the replies actually post; there's no brittle third-party glue to babysit.

How it works

A schedule trigger fires at your chosen cadence (e.g. every 15 minutes). The workflow first asks Post to Platforms for any posts due in this window and publishes them. It then pulls recent mentions across your connected accounts and sends each one to OpenAI, which classifies intent and writes a candidate reply grounded in a short brand-voice prompt you set once. Drafts are posted to a Slack channel as interactive cards. On approval, the workflow publishes the reply back through Post to Platforms; skipped or edited items are logged so nothing falls through the cracks.
