Escalation triage and response drafter
An agent investigates a flagged Discord pile-on end to end — reads the thread, checks linked context, classifies root cause, drafts a tailored public reply.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerFlagged-escalation webhook starts agentHTTP webhook
- ActionRead full Discord thread and reactionsDiscord
- ActionCheck referenced posts and claimsBrave Search
- LogicClassify root cause; reply advisable?
- ActionDraft tailored response and rationale
- OutputPost draft to Slack for human approvalSlack
What it does
Goes beyond detection into judgment. When a pile-on is flagged, an agent reads the full Discord thread, follows any links or referenced posts, decides what is actually driving the anger (bug, policy, miscommunication, bad actor), and drafts a response tuned to that root cause. Nothing posts publicly — the draft lands in Slack for a human to approve, edit, or kill.
When to use it
Use this when your comms owner is stretched and wants a strong first draft and root-cause read in hand the moment something flares, instead of starting from a blank page under pressure.
How it works
- 1A flagged-escalation webhook starts the agent.
- 2The agent reads the full Discord thread and reactions for context.
- 3It uses web search to check any referenced posts, changelogs, or external claims.
- 4A logic step classifies root cause and decides whether a public reply is even advisable.
- 5If advisable, the agent drafts a tailored response and a short rationale.
- 6The draft and rationale are posted to Slack for human approval before anything goes out.
