On-Demand Topic Gap Brief via Webhook to Trello
Send a topic to a webhook and get back a Trello brief card minutes later — Brave Search mines the gap, OpenAI writes the brief, and it posts only if a real gap exists.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook receives a topic payloadHTTP webhook
- ActionBrave Search mines queries for the topicBrave Search
- LogicCluster results, branch on gap vs. no-gap
- ActionOpenAI writes the full brief (gap path only)OpenAI
- OutputCreate Trello card, or exit on no-gapTrello
What it does
This exposes a webhook so any tool — a Slack shortcut, a form, your CMS — can fire a single topic at it. The workflow runs that topic through Brave Search, clusters the results, and decides whether a genuine coverage gap exists. If it does, OpenAI writes a full brief and a Trello card is created; if your coverage is already strong, the run ends with a no-gap result and skips card creation so the board stays clean.
When to use it
Use it when ideas arrive ad hoc and you want gap-checking on tap without scheduling. The conditional posting keeps your Trello board free of briefs for topics you already own.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives a topic payload.
- 2Brave Search mines queries and related searches for that topic.
- 3A logic step clusters results and decides gap vs. no-gap.
- 4If a gap exists, OpenAI writes the full brief.
- 5A Trello card is created; no-gap runs exit without posting.
