What it does

Turns the questions your community asks over and over into a living knowledge-base backlog. It detects recurring Discord questions, matches them against your existing Notion docs, and logs the real gaps as new Notion pages ready for someone to write up.

When to use it

Use this when the same questions resurface every week and you want your documentation roadmap driven by actual member demand rather than guesswork. Ideal for community and docs teams who own a Notion knowledge base.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger fires weekly.
  2. 2The flow collects the past week of messages from your Discord question channels.
  3. 3An OpenAI step normalizes them into distinct question themes and counts how often each recurred.
  4. 4For each frequent theme, a Notion search checks whether a doc already answers it.
  5. 5A filter drops themes that are already covered.
  6. 6The remaining gaps are written as new Notion database pages with the example questions, recurrence count, and a suggested doc title.
