Route collab intake-form submissions into a Trello partnerships board
Turns each creator collaboration intake-form submission into a Trello card on your partnerships board, complete with budget, audience size, and proposed deliverables.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerIntake form webhook receivedHTTP webhook
- LogicScore budget and audience to set priority
- LogicSelect target Trello list by priority
- ActionCreate labeled Trello card with due dateTrello
- OutputNotify partnerships lead in SlackSlack
What it does
It receives submissions from a public creator-collab intake form via webhook and creates a structured Trello card on your partnerships board. Each card carries the creator's name, platform, follower count, budget range, and proposed deliverables, and lands in the right list based on deal size.
When to use it
Use this when you've published a "work with us" form and want every submission triaged visually in Trello instead of an overflowing inbox. It is ideal for small teams that run their partnerships review on a kanban board.
How it works
- 1A creator submits the intake form, which posts the payload to the webhook trigger.
- 2A branch evaluates the stated budget and audience size to decide priority.
- 3Based on that branch, the flow selects the target Trello list: "Priority review" for large deals, "Standard intake" otherwise.
- 4It creates a Trello card with a templated description, labels for platform and budget tier, and a due date for first response.
- 5It posts a quick note to a Slack channel so the partnerships lead knows a new card landed.
