How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • LogicSelect approved, unposted rows
  • ActionPublish reply to platformSocial publishing
  • OutputWrite post URL and status backAirtableAirtable

What it does

This workflow is the send half of a two-stage triage system. It does not draft anything — it waits for a human to approve a queued reply, then actually publishes it. When a reply's status flips to approved in Airtable, this picks it up, posts it to the originating platform via the multi-platform poster, and writes the post URL and timestamp back to the record.

When to use it

Use it alongside a drafting workflow when you want a hard wall between AI-generated drafts and live posts. Approval lives entirely with people; this only runs after a human says yes, so nothing reaches your audience unreviewed.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule checks the Airtable reply queue for rows newly marked approved.
  2. 2A logic step selects only approved rows that have not yet been posted.
  3. 3The multi-platform poster publishes each approved reply to the correct platform and thread.
  4. 4The Airtable record is updated with the live post URL, posted timestamp, and a posted status, so the queue stays clean and auditable.
