How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • ActionRead headline, hook, and tone fieldsAirtableAirtable
  • ActionGenerate three thumbnail variants from promptsImage generation
  • ActionAttach the three images back to the rowAirtableAirtable
  • OutputSet row status to "Ready to schedule"AirtableAirtable

What it does

Watches an Airtable content-calendar table for rows marked "Needs art" and, for each one, produces three distinct AI thumbnail concepts from the post's headline and angle. Each image is uploaded back to the row as an attachment and the status flips to "Ready to schedule".

When to use it

Use this when a content manager drafts post copy in Airtable but doesn't want to hand-build thumbnails. It keeps the design step from becoming the bottleneck between writing and scheduling, and gives you a built-in A/B set per post.

How it works

  1. 1Trigger fires when an Airtable row's status reads "Needs art".
  2. 2The post's headline, hook, and tone fields are read from the row.
  3. 3Three image prompts are derived (bold-text, lifestyle, minimal) and sent to the image generator as a variant set.
  4. 4The three returned thumbnails are attached back onto the same Airtable row.
  5. 5The row status is updated to "Ready to schedule" so the human only has to pick a winner.
