Mine a Conference Agenda for ICP Speakers and Build an Outreach Brief
Searches the public conference agenda with Brave, scores each speaker against your ICP, and writes a per-speaker outreach brief to Attio with a personalized opening line.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerOperator submits conference name and agenda URL
- ActionBrave Search pulls agenda and session pagesBrave Search
- ActionOpenAI extracts structured speaker recordsOpenAI
- LogicScore against ICP and drop low-fit speakers
- ActionOpenAI drafts a talk-specific outreach openerOpenAI
- OutputUpsert speaker briefs into Attio tagged by eventAttio
What it does
Given a conference name and date, this workflow pulls the published speaker lineup from the web, filters to speakers who match your ideal customer profile (title, company size, industry), and produces a ready-to-send outreach brief for each qualified speaker inside Attio.
When to use it
Run it the week a conference publishes its agenda. Instead of an SDR copy-pasting names off a session page, you get a scored, deduped list of ICP-fit speakers with talk context already attached — so reps open with the speaker's actual session topic, not a generic intro.
How it works
- 1You kick it off manually with the conference name and event URL.
- 2Brave Search retrieves the agenda and session pages for the event.
- 3An OpenAI extraction step parses each session into a structured record: speaker name, title, company, talk title.
- 4A logic step scores every speaker against your ICP rules and drops anyone below threshold.
- 5For each qualified speaker, OpenAI drafts a two-line outreach opener referencing their talk.
- 6The brief — speaker, company, talk, opener, ICP score — is upserted as a person record in Attio, tagged with the event.
