What it does

This runs a weekly qualification batch. It pulls every new stargazer since the last run, enriches each one's org with a web search, applies a numeric ICP score, and loads the accounts that clear the bar into an Airtable base structured for outreach. Sub-threshold accounts are dropped so the campaign list stays clean.

When to use it

Use this when you run weekly outbound sprints and want a fresh, pre-qualified list of organically-interested accounts to load into a sequence — without daily interruptions.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule starts the batch.
  2. 2The flow fetches all stargazers added since the prior run from GitHub.
  3. 3Each org is enriched via web search (size, industry, domain).
  4. 4A scoring step assigns an ICP fit score and drops anything below threshold.
  5. 5The qualified cohort is upserted into the Airtable outreach base with score and source fields populated.
