What it does

Monitors your social feeds for posts that mention or tag your brand. Each new mention is recorded in an Airtable rights-clearance base with status Pending, then the creator receives a templated email asking for permission to repost, including a unique reply-to reference so responses can be matched back to the row.

When to use it

Run this when you want to repost user-generated content but need documented, opt-in consent first. It front-loads the legal ask so your social team only ever pulls from approved, tracked posts.

How it works

  1. 1A new post mentioning your brand arrives from your connected social accounts.
  2. 2The post URL, creator handle, caption, and media link are extracted.
  3. 3A row is created in the Airtable rights tracker with status Pending and a generated clearance ID.
  4. 4A permission-request email is sent to the creator referencing the clearance ID.
  5. 5The Airtable row is updated to mark the request as Sent with a timestamp.
