Weekly UTM drift review agent with a Notion governance brief
An agent pulls a week of UTM data from BigQuery, reasons about which taxonomy rules are being violated most and why, proposes registry updates.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled weekly review
- ActionPull the week's UTM values from BigQueryBigQuery
- LogicAgent analyzes drift and proposes rule changes
- LogicAgent drafts the governance brief
- OutputPublish brief to NotionNotion
What it does
Once a week, an agent gathers all UTM values seen across BigQuery, reasons about the patterns — which sources keep appearing unsanctioned, which mediums drift in casing, whether the taxonomy itself needs new allowed values — and writes a governance brief. The brief explains the trends, names repeat offenders, and proposes concrete additions or tightening of the rules, then publishes it to Notion for the marketing team to review.
When to use it
Use it when raw detection isn't enough and you want judgment: a recurring review that decides whether problems are people breaking good rules or rules that no longer fit reality.
How it works
- 1A scheduled weekly trigger starts the review.
- 2A BigQuery action retrieves the week's distinct UTM values and volumes.
- 3The agent analyzes violations, clusters root causes, and drafts proposed taxonomy changes.
- 4The agent composes a structured governance brief with findings and recommendations.
- 5A Notion action publishes the brief to the marketing governance space.
