Draft clip captions and gate posting behind Discord approval
When a long-form video is published to Loom, drafts platform captions and posts them to a Discord review channel.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerLoom video publishedLoom
- ActionDraft per-platform captionsOpenAI
- ActionPost drafts to Discord for reviewDiscord
- LogicBranch on approve or reject
- ActionSchedule staggered posts on approvalSocial publishing
- OutputPost final decision back to DiscordDiscord
What it does
Takes a freshly published Loom video, drafts native captions for each platform, and sends the drafts to a Discord review channel as a proposal. It waits for a human approve or reject reaction. On approval it schedules the staggered posts; on rejection it stops and logs the decision so nothing goes out unreviewed.
When to use it
Use it when brand voice or compliance means captions must clear a human before anything publishes. Ideal for agencies and teams where the editor records but a reviewer signs off on outbound copy.
How it works
- 1A Loom webhook fires when a video is published.
- 2An OpenAI step drafts one caption per target platform from the transcript.
- 3The drafts are posted to a Discord review channel with approve and reject options.
- 4A logic gate branches on the reviewer's response.
- 5On approve, Post-to-Platforms schedules the staggered posts across channels.
- 6The outcome (approved, scheduled, or rejected) is posted back to Discord as the final record.
