What it does

Takes a freshly published Loom video, drafts native captions for each platform, and sends the drafts to a Discord review channel as a proposal. It waits for a human approve or reject reaction. On approval it schedules the staggered posts; on rejection it stops and logs the decision so nothing goes out unreviewed.

When to use it

Use it when brand voice or compliance means captions must clear a human before anything publishes. Ideal for agencies and teams where the editor records but a reviewer signs off on outbound copy.

How it works

  1. 1A Loom webhook fires when a video is published.
  2. 2An OpenAI step drafts one caption per target platform from the transcript.
  3. 3The drafts are posted to a Discord review channel with approve and reject options.
  4. 4A logic gate branches on the reviewer's response.
  5. 5On approve, Post-to-Platforms schedules the staggered posts across channels.
  6. 6The outcome (approved, scheduled, or rejected) is posted back to Discord as the final record.
