PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
Dictated Voice Memo to Routed Linear Tasks
Transcribes a dictated voice memo with ElevenLabs, splits it into discrete action items, and files each as a Linear issue routed to the right team based on its content.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionTranscribe memo with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionSegment transcript into action itemsOpenAI
- LogicRoute each item to a team by label
- ActionCreate Linear issue per itemLinear
- OutputPost created-issue summary to SlackSlack
What it does
Turns a single rambling voice memo into clean, individually-tracked Linear issues. You dictate everything on your mind, and the workflow transcribes it, breaks it into separate action items, and routes each one to the correct team with a sensible title and description.
When to use it
When you think out loud between meetings and want your to-dos captured without typing. Ideal for founders and operators who batch a day's worth of follow-ups into one recording and need them landing in the team's issue tracker, not lost in a notes app.
How it works
- 1An audio file dropped in cloud storage triggers the run.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the recording to text.
- 3An OpenAI step segments the transcript into discrete action items, each with a title, body, and a guessed team label (engineering, design, ops).
- 4A logic step routes each item by its label to the matching Linear team.
- 5Each action item is created as a Linear issue.
- 6A Slack confirmation lists every issue created with links, so nothing is silently dropped.
