LEAD GENERATION
Dedupe webinar attendees against Salesforce and create scored leads
Processes a webinar attendee batch, deduplicates against existing Salesforce records, enriches and scores only the net-new contacts, and creates them as ranked leads.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerAttendee batch uploaded to storageAWS S3
- ActionMatch contacts against SalesforceSalesforce
- LogicBranch known vs net-new records
- ActionEnrich and score net-new contactsExa
- ActionGenerate ICP score and rationaleOpenAI
- OutputCreate scored leads in SalesforceSalesforce
What it does
Keeps your Salesforce clean while still capturing webinar demand. It takes an attendee batch, checks each contact against existing Leads and Contacts, skips or flags known records, then enriches and ICP-scores only the genuinely new ones before creating them as ranked, source-tagged leads.
When to use it
Use it when dumping raw webinar lists into Salesforce creates duplicates and angers ops. This guarantees net-new leads only, each scored and attributed to the webinar campaign, so attribution and lead quality both stay intact.
How it works
- 1An attendee batch CSV uploaded to cloud storage triggers the run.
- 2Each contact is matched against Salesforce by email and company.
- 3A branch routes known records to an update path and net-new records to creation.
- 4Net-new contacts are enriched via Exa and scored against ICP rules by OpenAI.
- 5Scored, deduplicated leads are created in Salesforce with the score, rationale, and webinar campaign source attached.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

On demand, sweeps a topic across Brave Search, clusters the results by buying stage with an LLM, and writes a deduplicated research board to Airtable with company, source URL.
Fast-track hot webinar leads into HubSpot and ping the rep on Slack
After a webinar, identify attendees whose poll answers signal high purchase intent, create or update their HubSpot contact with a lead score.
Webhook-triggered Brave rising-keyword check into a Notion trend queue
When an external trend or alert tool fires a webhook with a keyword, checks Brave for current intent volume and freshness, has an LLM judge whether it's a real warm signal.
Fuzzy-match badge companies to Salesforce accounts and enrich
Resolves messy hand-typed company names from badge scans to canonical Salesforce accounts using domain and fuzzy-name matching, enriches missing firmographics.
Daily rollup of scored webinar leads from Airtable into HubSpot lists
On a schedule, read newly scored webinar leads from Airtable, sync each into the matching HubSpot tiered list (Hot/Warm/Cold).
Instantly triage uploaded badge CSVs and notify the SDR lead
Accepts a badge-scan CSV via webhook, validates and dedupes it on the spot, checks each attendee against HubSpot.
