  • ActionMatch contacts against SalesforceSalesforce
  • LogicBranch known vs net-new records

  • ActionGenerate ICP score and rationaleOpenAI
  • OutputCreate scored leads in SalesforceSalesforce

What it does

Keeps your Salesforce clean while still capturing webinar demand. It takes an attendee batch, checks each contact against existing Leads and Contacts, skips or flags known records, then enriches and ICP-scores only the genuinely new ones before creating them as ranked, source-tagged leads.

When to use it

Use it when dumping raw webinar lists into Salesforce creates duplicates and angers ops. This guarantees net-new leads only, each scored and attributed to the webinar campaign, so attribution and lead quality both stay intact.

How it works

  1. 1An attendee batch CSV uploaded to cloud storage triggers the run.
  2. 2Each contact is matched against Salesforce by email and company.
  3. 3A branch routes known records to an update path and net-new records to creation.
  4. 4Net-new contacts are enriched via Exa and scored against ICP rules by OpenAI.
  5. 5Scored, deduplicated leads are created in Salesforce with the score, rationale, and webinar campaign source attached.
