Engaged No-Show to SDR Handoff
Detects webinar no-shows who later click the on-demand recording link, flags them as warm in HubSpot, and routes a Slack alert to the assigned SDR for a same-day follow-up.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerRecording link clicked (webhook)HTTP webhook
- LogicVerify contact was a no-show
- ActionRaise lead score in HubSpotHubSpot
- ActionLook up contact ownerHubSpot
- OutputAlert assigned SDR in SlackSlack
What it does
Not every no-show is cold. This workflow watches for absentees who open the recording email and click through to watch on demand, treats that click as a buying signal, raises their HubSpot lead score, and pings the owning sales rep in Slack so a human reaches out while interest is fresh.
When to use it
Use it for sales-led webinars where a warm no-show is worth a personal touch. It separates the genuinely interested catch-up viewers from the registrants who ghosted entirely, so SDRs spend time only on people showing intent.
How it works
- 1A tracked recording-link click hits the inbound webhook with the contact's email and webinar name.
- 2Confirm the contact is flagged no_show in HubSpot; if they attended live, stop.
- 3Increment the contact's webinar engagement score and set status to recording_engaged.
- 4Look up the contact's owner and post a Slack message to that rep with the contact, webinar, and a CRM deep link.
- 5Log the handoff so the alert never double-fires for the same view.
