Flag highly engaged webinar attendees and hand them to sales
Scores each Zoom webinar attendee on watch time and poll/Q&A participation, and for those above a threshold creates a HubSpot deal, assigns an owner.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endsZoom
- ActionPull per-attendee engagement metricsZoom
- LogicScore and filter to hot attendees
- ActionCreate/update deal and assign ownerHubSpot
- OutputAlert sales channel in SlackSlack
What it does
Not every attendee is sales-ready. This flow reads Zoom engagement data (minutes watched, questions asked, poll answers) for each attendee, computes an engagement score, and for anyone above your cutoff it creates or updates a HubSpot deal, assigns it to a rep, and posts an alert in Slack with the attendee's name and engagement summary.
When to use it
Use it for demo or bottom-of-funnel webinars where a subset of attendees are buying signals worth a fast human touch. It catches the people who watched the whole session and asked questions before they go cold.
How it works
- 1Zoom emits a webinar.ended event.
- 2The flow pulls per-attendee engagement metrics from Zoom.
- 3A logic step scores each attendee and keeps only those above the threshold.
- 4For each hot attendee, HubSpot creates or updates a deal and sets the owner.
- 5Slack posts a same-day alert to the sales channel with the engagement summary.
