Schedule a three-touch re-engagement drip for webinar no-shows
Identifies registrants who never joined the live Zoom session and schedules a timed three-email re-engagement sequence in Gmail.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endsZoom
- LogicFilter to no-show registrants
- ActionSet drip stage to 1 in HubSpotHubSpot
- LogicSchedule touch and check engagement
- ActionSend scheduled drip emailGmail
- OutputAdvance or close drip stage in HubSpotHubSpot
What it does
No-shows are warm leads who just had a calendar conflict. This flow finds everyone who registered but didn't attend, then runs a paced three-touch Gmail drip: recording link on day 0, a key-takeaway summary on day 2, and a 'last chance' demo offer on day 5. If a contact clicks the recording, later touches are skipped so you don't over-email. HubSpot stores each contact's current drip stage.
When to use it
Use it when a single follow-up email isn't enough to recover no-show registrants and you want a respectful, self-stopping sequence rather than a manual reminder list.
How it works
- 1Zoom emits a webinar.ended event.
- 2The flow compares registrants to participants and keeps only no-shows.
- 3HubSpot sets each no-show's drip stage to 1.
- 4A logic step schedules the day-0, day-2, and day-5 sends and checks recording engagement before each one.
- 5Gmail sends the scheduled email if the contact hasn't already engaged.
- 6HubSpot advances or closes the drip stage after each touch.
