Webinar Replay Archive and Asset Library Builder
When a Zoom recording completes, archive the video and transcript to cloud storage, generate a key-frame poster image.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completedZoom
- ActionArchive video and transcript to cloud storageAWS S3
- ActionGenerate replay poster imageImage generation
- LogicDerive topic tags from transcript
- OutputRegister asset in Notion content libraryNotion
What it does
Builds a durable, searchable library of every webinar you run. It moves the Zoom recording and transcript into your own cloud bucket, creates a poster image for the replay, and files a tidy record in Notion with storage links, duration, and topic tags so anyone can find and reuse the asset later.
When to use it
Use it when you want a single source of truth for replay assets instead of leaving them stranded in Zoom's cloud, which expires. Ideal for teams that reference past webinars in nurture emails, sales follow-ups, and resource pages.
How it works
- 1Zoom fires the recording-completed event.
- 2The flow downloads the recording and transcript and uploads both to your cloud storage bucket.
- 3A poster image is generated from the webinar title and speaker for the library card.
- 4A logic step derives topic tags from the transcript for searchability.
- 5A new row is created in the Notion content library with storage links, duration, tags, and the poster.
