What it does

Builds a durable, searchable library of every webinar you run. It moves the Zoom recording and transcript into your own cloud bucket, creates a poster image for the replay, and files a tidy record in Notion with storage links, duration, and topic tags so anyone can find and reuse the asset later.

When to use it

Use it when you want a single source of truth for replay assets instead of leaving them stranded in Zoom's cloud, which expires. Ideal for teams that reference past webinars in nurture emails, sales follow-ups, and resource pages.

How it works

  1. 1Zoom fires the recording-completed event.
  2. 2The flow downloads the recording and transcript and uploads both to your cloud storage bucket.
  3. 3A poster image is generated from the webinar title and speaker for the library card.
  4. 4A logic step derives topic tags from the transcript for searchability.
  5. 5A new row is created in the Notion content library with storage links, duration, tags, and the poster.
