What it does

Turns a finished Zoom webinar into a ranked shortlist of social-clip candidates. It pulls the recording transcript, finds the punchiest 30-90 second moments (strong hooks, data points, quotable lines, Q&A gold), and drops them into a Notion board with start/end timecodes and a one-line pitch for each.

When to use it

Run this every time you host a webinar and want short-form clips out the door fast, but you still want a human editor to make the final cut. It removes the tedious scrubbing-through-an-hour-of-footage step.

How it works

  1. 1Zoom fires the recording-completed event for the webinar.
  2. 2The flow fetches the recording's transcript and metadata from Zoom.
  3. 3An LLM segments the transcript and scores each candidate moment on hook strength, standalone clarity, and shareability.
  4. 4A filter keeps only candidates above the score threshold (default 7/10), capped at the top 8.
  5. 5Each surviving candidate is written to a Notion database row with timecodes, a suggested caption, and a status of "Needs cut."
