Zoom Webinar Clip-Candidate Finder
When a Zoom recording finishes, transcribe it, score the transcript for the highest-engagement moments.

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- OutputWrite ranked candidates to Notion boardNotion
What it does
Turns a finished Zoom webinar into a ranked shortlist of social-clip candidates. It pulls the recording transcript, finds the punchiest 30-90 second moments (strong hooks, data points, quotable lines, Q&A gold), and drops them into a Notion board with start/end timecodes and a one-line pitch for each.
When to use it
Run this every time you host a webinar and want short-form clips out the door fast, but you still want a human editor to make the final cut. It removes the tedious scrubbing-through-an-hour-of-footage step.
How it works
- 1Zoom fires the recording-completed event for the webinar.
- 2The flow fetches the recording's transcript and metadata from Zoom.
- 3An LLM segments the transcript and scores each candidate moment on hook strength, standalone clarity, and shareability.
- 4A filter keeps only candidates above the score threshold (default 7/10), capped at the top 8.
- 5Each surviving candidate is written to a Notion database row with timecodes, a suggested caption, and a status of "Needs cut."
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
