What it does

This scheduled workflow checks your Coda roster each day, figures out which webinars are approaching, and sends registrants a reminder email tuned to the time remaining: a 24-hour heads-up, a 1-hour final reminder, or a "we're live" push.

When to use it

Use it to lift attendance without manually queueing blasts in Zoom or your email tool. It replaces three separate one-off sends with a single self-running cadence driven by your registration data.

How it works

1. A daily schedule trigger starts the run each morning. 2. The flow reads upcoming webinars and their registrants from the Coda roster. 3. A logic branch sorts each registrant into the correct reminder tier based on hours until start (24h, 1h, or live now), skipping anyone already marked as attended. 4. Gmail sends the matching reminder template with the join link merged in. 5. The send timestamp and tier are written back to Coda so no one gets the same reminder twice. Attendance climbs because every registrant gets timely nudges, and the roster stays the single source of truth.
