Agent-run webinar follow-up that voices clips, updates Attio, and archives audio to Drive
An agent processes a finished webinar end to end — researching each questioner, voicing a tailored ElevenLabs answer, logging engagement in Attio.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endsZoom
- LogicAgent groups questions by attendee
- ActionVoice a tailored answer per attendeeElevenLabs
- ActionArchive clip to shared Google Drive folderGoogle Drive
- ActionUpdate attendee record with engagement in AttioAttio
- OutputEmail attendee a link to their clipGmail
What it does
This is the autonomous, full-ownership version. An agent takes a completed webinar and runs the whole follow-up: it reviews each attendee's question, briefly enriches who they are, composes a question-specific answer in the host's voice, logs the interaction on their Attio record, archives the rendered audio to a shared Google Drive folder, and emails each attendee a link to their personal clip. The agent decides ordering and handles attendees who asked multiple questions.
When to use it
Use it when you want hands-off follow-up that also leaves a durable, searchable record — every clip filed in Drive and every interaction on the CRM timeline. Best for teams standardizing post-webinar ops across many events without per-run babysitting.
How it works
- 1The Zoom `webinar.ended` event hands the agent the session and its Q&A log.
- 2The agent groups questions by attendee and drafts a tailored answer script for each.
- 3ElevenLabs voices each script in the host voice.
- 4The clip is uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder and the attendee's Attio record is updated with the question and engagement.
- 5Gmail emails each attendee the Drive link to their personalized clip.
