Re-seed and regenerate underperforming regional variants
On a weekly schedule, reads variant performance metrics from a warehouse, finds the weakest creative per region.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly refresh schedule
- ActionQuery per-region variant performanceBigQuery
- LogicFlag underperformers and pick winners to re-seed
- ActionRegenerate A/B-seeded variants with ReplicateReplicate
- OutputQueue new variants and archive retired ones in AirtableAirtable
What it does
Keeps the creative pool from going stale. Each week it pulls per-variant performance (CTR, spend, conversions) from BigQuery, identifies the lowest-performing variant in each region against a threshold, and asks Replicate to render new variants on fresh seeds derived from the surviving winners. New renders are queued as `Pending Review`.
When to use it
When creative fatigue is dragging down regional campaigns and you want an automatic refresh cadence instead of waiting for someone to notice a dip. Best for always-on performance campaigns with measurable metrics.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2The flow queries BigQuery for per-region variant performance over the trailing window.
- 3A branch flags variants below the performance threshold and selects winners to seed from.
- 4Replicate renders replacement A/B-seeded variants based on the winning prompts and seeds.
- 5New variants are written to Airtable as `Pending Review` and the retired ones are marked `Archived`.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect BigQueryDatasets, queries, schemas.
- 2Connect ReplicateImage, video, and model inference.
- 3Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
