Slack approval gate for generated ad variants
Watches Airtable for newly generated ad variants in Pending Review and posts each to a Slack channel with approve/reject buttons, then routes the decision back to Airtable.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerVariant enters Pending Review in AirtableAirtable
- ActionPost variant with Approve/Reject buttons to SlackSlack
- LogicBranch on reviewer decision
- ActionStamp Approved or Rejected on Airtable recordAirtable
- OutputEdit Slack message to show final decisionSlack
What it does
Gives marketers a one-click review surface for AI-generated ad creatives. Each pending variant is posted to Slack with its rendered image, region, and seed, plus Approve and Reject actions. The reviewer's choice updates the Airtable record so only approved creatives move forward.
When to use it
When your team generates creatives faster than anyone can open a spreadsheet to vet them. Use it to keep a human in the loop on brand and localization quality without slowing the pipeline to a crawl.
How it works
- 1A new Airtable record entering `Pending Review` triggers the flow.
- 2The flow posts a Slack message with the variant image, region label, seed, and source campaign.
- 3The reviewer clicks Approve or Reject in Slack.
- 4A branch routes on the decision: approved variants are stamped `Approved` and queued for publish; rejected ones are marked `Rejected` with the reviewer noted.
- 5The Airtable record is updated and the Slack message is edited to show the final decision.
