How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerAirtable variant row updatedAirtableAirtable
  • LogicFilter for status = Approved
  • ActionUpload approved image to S3 ad-asset bucketAWS S3
  • ActionWrite canonical S3 URL back to AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • OutputDM media buyer the ready-to-upload linkSlack

What it does

Watches the Airtable creative-review board and acts the moment a variant is marked Approved. It pulls the approved image, uploads it to a versioned S3 bucket that the ad-ops team treats as the source of truth, and pings the assigned media buyer in Slack with the direct asset link and campaign tag.

When to use it

When review and production live in different systems and approved creative keeps getting lost between the review board and the ad account. This closes the gap so buyers always pull from one canonical, approved location.

How it works

  1. 1An Airtable record-updated event fires when a variant's status changes.
  2. 2A logic step filters for status=Approved and skips everything else.
  3. 3The approved image is fetched and uploaded to the S3 ad-asset bucket under the campaign path.
  4. 4Airtable is updated with the canonical S3 URL and an Exported flag.
  5. 5Slack DMs the media buyer the S3 link plus campaign and aspect-ratio metadata.
