  • ActionPush approved creative and metadata to HubSpotHubSpotHubSpot
  • OutputRespond to webhook with asset URL and statusHTTP webhook

What it does

Accepts an inbound webhook carrying a product's details (name, key benefit, hero attributes), composes an ad prompt from that payload, renders a product-specific creative on Replicate, screens it for brand safety, and attaches the approved image and metadata to the matching HubSpot campaign or marketing record.

When to use it

When product launches or catalog updates fire from another system (PIM, e-commerce platform, internal tool) and you want a fresh ad creative generated and parked in HubSpot automatically the moment a product goes live.

How it works

  1. 1An external system POSTs a product payload to the webhook, firing the trigger.
  2. 2The payload is mapped into a structured creative prompt.
  3. 3Replicate renders the product-specific ad image.
  4. 4A brand-safety gate verifies the image before it proceeds.
  5. 5On pass, the image and its metadata are pushed to the matching HubSpot campaign; on fail, an alert with the reason is returned.
  6. 6The webhook responds with the asset URL and status for the calling system to log.
