How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook receives an ad-performance event for a creativeHTTP webhook
  • LogicCheck CTR against the creative's floor and impression bar
  • OutputPost a real-time breach alert to the campaign Slack channelSlack

What it does

This workflow listens for ad-performance events pushed from your ads reporting pipeline. When a single creative's CTR crosses below its floor, it immediately alerts the right Slack channel with the creative, its current CTR, recent spend, and the magnitude of the drop, so the team can react within the day instead of at the next weekly review.

When to use it

Use it for high-spend or time-sensitive campaigns where waiting for a daily batch is too slow. It complements a scheduled scan: the schedule catches slow decay, this catches sudden cliffs.

How it works

An HTTP webhook trigger receives the performance payload for a creative. A logic step compares the reported CTR against that creative's floor and discards anything still healthy or below the minimum-impression bar. When a breach is confirmed, a Slack output posts a formatted alert to the campaign channel with the key metrics and the recommended action. Because it's event-driven, there's no polling and alerts arrive seconds after your pipeline reports the dip.
