Weekly Creative Rotation Brief from Fatigue Curves
Every week, analyzes fatigue curves across the whole creative portfolio in BigQuery and compiles a prioritized rotation brief — what to retire, refresh, and scale.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule pre-planning
- ActionQuery 7-day fatigue curves per creativeBigQuery
- LogicBucket into retire/refresh/scale
- ActionArchive classification in AirtableAirtable
- OutputPost rotation brief to SlackSlack
What it does
Steps back from single-creative alerts to give a portfolio view: it reads each creative's fatigue curve over the week, classifies them into retire / refresh / scale buckets, and writes a planning brief the team uses to set the next rotation.
When to use it
Use it for the weekly media planning ritual, when you need one document that says where to move budget rather than a stream of individual fatigue pings. Best when you manage many concurrent creatives across campaigns.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule fires ahead of the planning meeting.
- 2A BigQuery query returns 7-day frequency, CTR, CPA, and decay slope per creative.
- 3A logic step buckets each creative: retire (deep decay), refresh (early fatigue), or scale (still efficient).
- 4The classified portfolio is written to an Airtable rotation log for history and trend tracking.
- 5A formatted rotation brief — counts per bucket, top retires, and recommended budget shifts — posts to the planning Slack channel.
