What it does

Runs the optimization side of the studio. It scores variants that have been live, picks the best performer per product, marks it as the new control, and seeds the next round by generating fresh variants derived from the winning creative — turning the board into a continuous test-and-learn loop.

When to use it

Use this once variants are actually running and you have performance data flowing in. It automates the weekly ritual of finding the winner and kicking off the next batch of challengers.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
  2. 2The flow reads each product's live variants and their performance metrics from Airtable.
  3. 3It ranks the variants per product and selects the top performer above a minimum-confidence threshold.
  4. 4Products without a clear winner yet are skipped and left in the active test.
  5. 5The winning variant is flipped to Approved Control and the losers are archived in Airtable.
  6. 6Replicate generates new challenger variants seeded from the winner, written back as the next test round.
  7. 7A leaderboard of this round's winners is posted to Slack.
