What it does

Turns a raw product photo into a batch of season-ready ad creatives the moment it lands in your shared Drive folder. Each generated variant is logged as a row on an Airtable review board with a Pending status, so nothing reaches a channel without a human glancing at it first.

When to use it

Use this when your photo studio or supplier drops product shots into a shared folder and your creative team needs them turned into seasonal ad variants (spring, summer, holiday, etc.) without manually briefing a designer for every SKU.

How it works

  1. 1A new image file appears in the watched Google Drive folder and triggers the run.
  2. 2The flow reads the file content and extracts the SKU and product name from the filename.
  3. 3For each configured season, Replicate runs an image-to-image model that restyles the photo into a themed background and lighting.
  4. 4The generated variants are uploaded back to Drive in a per-SKU subfolder.
  5. 5Each variant becomes an Airtable row with the season, SKU, image link, and a Pending review status.
  6. 6The board owner is notified that a new batch is ready to review.
