LEAD GENERATION
Attendee CSV Upload to Attio with Tiered Triage
When you drop an attendee export into a watched folder, it parses the file, enriches each row, sorts contacts into A/B/C tiers by fit and seniority.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew attendee CSV lands in watched folderGoogle Drive
- ActionParse CSV into contact rows
- ActionEnrich each contact rowExa
- LogicAssign A/B/C tier by fit and seniority
- ActionUpsert records into CRMAttio
- OutputRoute owners by tierAttio
What it does
Takes a raw attendee CSV export (badge scans, registration dumps) and turns it into a triaged book of accounts in Attio. Each contact is enriched, bucketed into A/B/C tiers, and routed to the right owner based on tier.
When to use it
Use it after an event when the organizer hands you a flat CSV and you need it segmented and assigned before the follow-up window closes. The tiering keeps reps focused on A-accounts first.
How it works
- 1A new file landing in the watched Google Drive folder triggers the run.
- 2The CSV is parsed into individual contact rows.
- 3Exa enriches each row with company size, industry, and seniority signals.
- 4A logic step assigns A/B/C tiers from fit score and title seniority.
- 5Records are upserted into Attio with tier and enrichment fields.
- 6Owner assignment routes A-tier to AEs and B/C to the SDR pool.
