What it does

Ingests a conference attendee export (CSV of names, titles, companies) and turns it into a ranked, ready-to-work outreach queue. Each attendee is enriched with company size and industry, checked for recent buying-intent signals on the open web, scored, and pushed into Attio as a prioritized list so reps work the hottest accounts first.

When to use it

Run it the morning after you receive a conference's attendee or registration roster, when you have hundreds of raw rows and no time to manually research each one before reps start dialing.

How it works

  1. 1The flow is triggered manually with the attendee CSV attached.
  2. 2For each attendee, an enrichment scrape pulls company firmographics (size, industry, domain) via Apify.
  3. 3A web search looks for recent intent signals — hiring posts, funding, product launches, relevant keyword mentions — via Brave Search.
  4. 4A scoring step combines title seniority, company fit, and signal strength into a 0-100 priority score and drops obvious non-fits.
  5. 5Qualified, scored contacts are upserted into Attio, tagged with the conference name and sorted by score into a prioritized outreach list.
