LEAD GENERATION
Conference Attendee List to Prioritized Outreach Queue
Takes a raw conference attendee list, enriches each person with company firmographics and recent intent signals, scores them, and writes a ranked outreach queue into Attio.

What it does
Ingests a conference attendee export (CSV of names, titles, companies) and turns it into a ranked, ready-to-work outreach queue. Each attendee is enriched with company size and industry, checked for recent buying-intent signals on the open web, scored, and pushed into Attio as a prioritized list so reps work the hottest accounts first.
When to use it
Run it the morning after you receive a conference's attendee or registration roster, when you have hundreds of raw rows and no time to manually research each one before reps start dialing.
How it works
- 1The flow is triggered manually with the attendee CSV attached.
- 2For each attendee, an enrichment scrape pulls company firmographics (size, industry, domain) via Apify.
- 3A web search looks for recent intent signals — hiring posts, funding, product launches, relevant keyword mentions — via Brave Search.
- 4A scoring step combines title seniority, company fit, and signal strength into a 0-100 priority score and drops obvious non-fits.
- 5Qualified, scored contacts are upserted into Attio, tagged with the conference name and sorted by score into a prioritized outreach list.
